How are minutes counted?
Per language, while translation is running. A 75-minute service in two languages uses 150 minutes. Paused time isn't counted, and listeners are free.
What if we run out during a service?
The broadcast is never cut off. We keep translating and deduct the extra minutes from your next purchase or renewal. Auto-reload can top up automatically.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Our reseller Paddle calculates and collects the right tax for your country at checkout. Organizations with a VAT number can enter it there for reverse charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your plan runs until the end of the paid month. Pack minutes stay yours.
Do you offer discounts for small churches or missions?
